This worthy initiative, in partnership with the National Agronomic Institute for Research, also provides work for people with slight physical disabilities, who are employed by the ESAT Pierre Borel organisation.
Reducing the urban heat island effect in summer, retaining rainwater in the winter, oxygenation, interactions … the benefits of these urban gardens are again proven by this ecological, scientific and human experiment.
This green initiative, visible from the Eiffel Tower, is no small achievement. The flavours it brings to our plate are just as impressive.
